Melanin Minded LLC was founded on a simple but powerful truth: dementia doesn't affect all communities equally, and neither does access to care. People of color face higher rates of Alzheimer's and related dementias, yet culturally relevant support is often hard to find.

We're here to change that. Our work focuses on being the bridge—connecting families to accurate information, trusted services, and compassionate support designed with their experiences in mind. We believe that every caregiver deserves resources that reflect their reality and every person living with dementia deserves care rooted in respect and understanding.

Our long-term vision is bold: to empower and equip people of color across the region to live with the best possible quality of life, no matter where they are on the dementia journey.
